Unit Owners Information
The City of Anacortes (“City”) leases the Harbor Area from the State of Washington Department of Natural Resources (“DNR”) and the City then sub-leases approximately five acres to the Association covering the docks. The Association and the City of Anacortes have renewed the DNR master lease agreement covering the leased Harbor Area until January 2034.

The recently redecorated clubhouse has a kitchen, a dining area, a large TV, a fireplace, numerous comfy chairs to lounge in after your cruise, and, a hot tub and sauna for relaxation. Fidalgo Marina is without a doubt, the most luxurious and the best-managed marina in the Pacific Northwest. It's has an assigned parking space for each slip, a dedicated storage unit, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a hot tub and a sauna. A full time manager watches the marina and makes sure that all is well with your boat and an active condo association maintains an ample reserve for maintenance and repairs.
